At Urban Zen, we honor this day by offering free classes and community connection — because yoga isn’t just a workout, it’s a way to care for ourselves, each other, and the world around us.
This year’s theme, “Yoga for One Earth, One Health,” reminds us that the wellness we cultivate on the mat extends far beyond it — into our homes, our communities, and our planet.

🌊 Yoga Under the Sea: A Kids & Guardians Yoga Adventure! 🧜♀️🐬
Join us for a magical beach + ocean-themed yoga experience designed especially for kids and their grown-ups! This playful partner-style class blends movement, imagination, and bonding time through fun under-the-sea yoga poses, mindful ocean breath, and beachy games.

Each child must be accompanied by a participating guardian.
Both child and guardian must create their own accounts and register individually for the class.
This is an interactive experience designed for shared movement and connection — guardians will be on the mat too!

This powerful Strawberry full moon calls us to look inward. A full moon in Sagittariusbrings two
strong energies, form and material, allowing for focus on a transformation process that
resembles a snake sheading its skin to renew and leave behind what no longer serves us.
Join us for an evening of balancing.
Transformation can sometimes feel destabilizing. We will harness the energies of form (yin
yoga) and material (sound healing) to regulate your mind, body, and spirit, preparing you to
open your heart to the abundance that awaits.
Together we will move our bodies, holding poses that enhance our intuition and open our
hearts; and relax.
